    We've reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels. Complimentary shuttle service will transport guests between these hotels and the wedding venue. Each hotel has 20 rooms available for the weekend (Friday and Saturday). If you just need one night, no problem - the price is the same!   • Will there be transportation provided?
    Getting to the Venue: We’ll have a shuttle running from both hotels where we have room blocks. The first stop is the Comfort Inn on Silvercreek at 2:15 PM, with departure at 2:30 PM. The shuttle will then stop at the Hampton Inn on Imperial at 2:32 PM, departing at 2:40 PM. Guests will arrive at the venue by 3:15 PM. Getting Back to the Hotels: After the reception, shuttles will run every hour from 11 PM onward to return guests to both hotels.
  • What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
    Please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure you’re seated and ready to celebrate with us.
  • Is the entire event outdoors? How should I prepare for the weather?
    As guests arrive, they will walk down a mulch-filled pathway lined with trees. If you're not wearing wedges or flats, we suggest bringing a pair of flip-flops for comfort. The ceremony will be about 30 minutes in direct sunlight, so we recommend wearing sunscreen. Cocktail hour will have partial sun coverage, and the reception area will be fully covered. As the evening goes on, guests can relax in the pavilion or enjoy the outdoors. The venue has the area professionally sprayed to minimize bugs, but we will have bug spray available for extra protection.
  • Will there be a break between the ceremony and reception?
    The ceremony and reception are at the same venue, with cocktail hour starting right after the ceremony and flowing straight into the reception. No break, just a natural flow into the celebration.
  • Is there an open bar?
    Yes! We’ll have a full open bar stocked with beer, wine, liquor, and premium rail drinks, so come ready to raise a glass.
  • Is there a designated smoking area?
    Yes! There will be a designated smoking area at the venue.
  • Is there a gift registry?
    Nope!
